Executive What’s-Next Strategist and creator of the New Career Operating System.

At a glance

Misha Rubin is an Executive What’s-Next Strategist, former Ernst & Young Partner, and creator of the New Career Operating System — a transformative framework that blends strategic clarity, reinvention psychology, and energetic alignment for a world where the old rules of work no longer apply.

Recognized for dissolving long-standing limitations, elevating identity, and helping people access clarity they didn’t know was possible, Misha has guided hundreds of ambitious professionals — from nurses and engineers to Wall Street Managing Directors and CEOs — through their most pivotal career and life crossroads.

His own reinvention — leaving a Big Four partnership at the height of success — fuels his mission to close the “missing curriculum” in leadership: teaching people how to consciously architect their careers, identities, and purpose in an era of seismic change.

Long Bio

Misha Rubin is an Executive What’s-Next Strategist, former Ernst & Young Partner, and the creator of the New Career Operating System — a transformative framework that blends strategic clarity, reinvention psychology, and energetic alignment to help leaders step into the next version of themselves.

For 15 years, Misha advised the world’s top financial institutions while climbing to Partner at EY. At the height of his success, he experienced a profound internal shift — a realization that although he had achieved everything he was “supposed” to, his work no longer matched who he was becoming. That reckoning led him to leave his partnership and build a methodology to teach what he was never taught: how to consciously architect a career aligned with identity, purpose, and meaning.

Since then, Misha has 100s of professionals — from nurses and engineers to Wall Street Managing Directors and CEOs — through pivotal reinventions, leadership elevations, and “what’s-next” decisions. His work is known for dissolving long-standing limitations, expanding identity, and helping people access clarity they didn’t know was possible.

Reinvention is not theoretical for Misha — it’s lived. He adopted 3 children in 2 years, founded Rise Ukraine (a nonprofit serving thousands of children affected by war), released an original music album, and built a global coaching and education company centered on transformation.

Through his New Career Operating System and What’s-Next methodology, Misha is redefining career strategy for a world where the old rules no longer apply — and where clarity, reinvention, and inner alignment are fast becoming essential leadership skills.
