Bio

 Misha Rubin is an Executive What’s-Next Strategist, former Partner at Ernst & Young, and creator of the Career Operating System — a proven methodology for career fast-tracking, reinvention, and long-term fulfillment.

For 15 years, Misha advised the world’s top financial institutions on Wall Street while climbing to Partner at EY. Then, at the height of his success, he made the bold leap to leave corporate and launch a coaching and education company focused on helping professionals make the most important decisions of their lives: career choices.

Since then, he has guided 100s of professionals, executives, and CEOs to land promotions, double compensation, pivot industries, or reinvent entirely.
